Members can serve continuously as long as elected to their position or they are uncontested. Spousese cannot serve on the board consecutively.
The board can raise dues but must be done in an open meeting
The board will then moved into a closed session to discuss private matters regarding compliance, homeowners, attorney consult, and other business as permitted.
